My husband and I have been in business for 15 years. About 7 years ago, I started a marketing consultancy from home while our children were young.

I specialised in online presence, brand visibility, and customer attraction. Later, I expanded my expertise as an NLP coach, leading to the creation of the Thriving Business Mums Club.

In this membership community, I coached mums in business to efficiently attract clients by honing in on their target audience, messaging, content, and sales.

More importantly, I focused on the essential, unseen work crucial for success, such as developing a growth mindset, overcoming procrastination, building productive habits, and mastering time management.

In 2022, I discovered SYSTEMology,  a methodology that resonated with my systems-thinking approach and offered a powerful tool to help SMEs enhance their skills for success. This discovery significantly influenced my work and approach.

This led to the birth of Green Pillars Co., where I enjoy working with businesses from all industries to upgrade their businesses with systems at the forefront. Our goal is to achieve complete business reliability, to streamline operations, increase profits and reclaim a work-life balance.
