FAQs
I’ll try to answer them here.
How much time do I (the business owner) need to commit?
The simple answer is; it depends. You are welcome to join this program, or your systems champion will lead the charge. Depending on how you set it up within your organisation you will require around one hour per fortnight for live Zoom calls and then another hour or two per week to do the work. If your systems champion is doing the work, your commitment will be less.
How many people from my organisation can join the program?
MOMENTUM is designed for two people from each organisation to join the live calls. This is generally the business owner and the Systems Champion. If you have a capable Systems Champion, they can join the calls without you. If you need more than two seats at the table, please discuss this with me.
Is it best to have a Systems Champion?
It is advisable to have someone in your organisation who is responsible for systemisation who is NOT the business owner.
This program works great for a Systems Champion to join the live calls and be responsible for the ongoing systemisation.
Outside of the live calls, you can meet to discuss and monitor progress.
This is an investment into skills development for your team as well as business development for a streamlined organisation.
What else is included?
The coaching is backed up resources and trainings stored in a MOMENTUM folder in systemHUB. You and your Systems Champion will have access to everything while in the coaching program.
Do I need a subscription to the Business Systems Accelerator [BSA]?
It is advised to have a subscription to the BSA for your Systems Champion to access all the resources provided by SYSTEMology, but it is not essential.
Is it possible to have an extra session to bring our Systems Champion up to speed?
Yes, if you have a new Systems Champion or simply need an extra session you can email me to arrange a time. These will be charged at a standard consultancy rate and you will be invoiced separately from the group coaching program.
Can we commit for less than 6 months?
No, 6 months is the ideal amount of time to cement systems and systems-thinking into the business to ensure you stay on the path.
