Typically for small businesses  with a team of between 2 and 10 people.  It’s especially beneficial for small businesses on the cusp of scaling to the next level, or where the team is there but the owner has significant involvement and all knowledge is stored in people’s heads.

A Systems Champion is someone in your business who’s a logical thinker and can take responsibility for systemising.  Usually, a PA, Trainee, Apprentice or Office Manager who’s keen to learn, detail orientated and well-organised.  The Systems Champion takes the lead in documenting and maintaining business processes.  This role is crucial for having success with systems.
