Three sessions, spread over three weeks, with a bit of homework in between to keep momentum - not a one-off call you forget about the next day.
Before we start — get set up
A short bit of prework: connecting your tools and getting your systems ready, so we're not burning session time on setup.
Session 1 (Week 1): Build Your Business Brain
Turn your documented systems into a single source of truth your AI can actually read and work from. No guesswork, no re-explaining yourself every conversation.
Homework: keep feeding your Business Brain, and flag anywhere your systems have gaps.
Session 2 (Week 2): Make the Invisible Visible
Index every skill, automation and system you've got - and every one we build together - so nothing lives only in your head. Full visibility over what your AI is doing, and why.
Homework: shortlist what's worth automating first, using what we just indexed.
Session 3 (Week 3): Pick One Thing and Build It
We find the one process that's ready - documented, owned, on a schedule - and turn it into a working AI skill or automation, in the session. Not theory. Something running by the time we finish.
Optional: keep going
Three weeks is enough to get your first system working with AI - but it's rarely where people want to stop. If you'd like ongoing support to keep building out skills and automations as you go, we can set up optional follow-up sessions to suit.
