My Business Story:
I’ve been helping business owners run better businesses for over 8 years.
It started with a marketing consultancy specialising in online presence, brand visibility, and customer attraction.
Later, I expanded my expertise as an NLP coach, to help business owners develop the crucial link between personal development and business success. I helped business owners realise that cultivating the right mindset and investing in personal growth is essential for achieving full potential in business.
This led to the creation of the Thriving Business Mums Club, a membership community in which I coached time-poor mums in business to attract ideal clients in the most efficient way possible. This meant fine-tuning their marketing foundations, their time management skills, mindset and processes.
It became abundantly clear that the essential, unseen work is the most crucial for success. A growth mindset, overcoming procrastination, building productive habits, and mastering time management.
In 2022, I discovered SYSTEMology, a methodology that resonated with my systems-thinking approach and offered a powerful tool to help SMEs enhance their scalability. This discovery significantly influenced my work and approach.
Green Pillars Co started in early 2023. I now love working with small to medium sized family business owners to create a business that operates without reliance on them.
Across all industries, I work with them to create repeatable, well-oiled machines.
