What is SYSTEMology?

A practical, proven framework that frees business owners from 70+ hour weeks without the overwhelm of documenting everything themselves.

A better way to achieve business freedom.

SYSTEMology provides an easy-to-implement, step-by-step framework to streamline and document the most important processes in a business.

Green Pillars Co follows this proven framework because it works.

Scale and time flexibility only happen when business owners are freed:

From micro-managing their team

From being so busy they work late into the night to keep up

Want to get a clear picture of where your business is at and if systems are the right move.

Why Systemology?

Start by watching this 4 minute video highlighting why business owners choose SYSTEMology.

BEFORE SYSTEMS

THE OWNER IS THE SYSTEM

Every question or problem goes through you

Working 60+ hour weeks

Knowledge trapped in key peope’s heads and leaves when people leave

Can’t take a proper holiday

AFTER SYSTEMS

THE SYSTEMS ARE THE SYSTEM

Team follows processes independently and resolves 90% of issues

Leave at 5pm and don’t work weekends

New hires productive in days

You have a playbook anybody can follow and you can go on a family holiday

SYSTEMology turns a business from being reliant on its owner and key people to a systems-first business that focuses on functions.

We capture what already works
(the way you quote, deliver, onboard and service clients) and make it repeat.

In the words of the great Michael E. Gerber, author of the E-Myth:

“Systems run the business and people run the systems.”

Green Pillars Co, Done For You Systemology program has been a huge help in clarifying and documenting our systems. It has turbo charged our path to a well run, systemised business. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone looking for a framework to systemise their business.

Systemising your business  helps streamline operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency. Well-defined systems save time, reduce the need for micromanagement, and make it easier to delegate tasks. This leads to a more organised, productive, and scalable business.

By providing clear, step-by-step processes for completing tasks. This reduces confusion and errors, allows team members to improve their skills, and creates opportunities for advancement within the organisation. It also makes onboarding new employees smoother and more efficient.

Absolutely! Systemising your business ensures that your customers receive consistent and high-quality service every time. By having standardised procedures, you can respond more quickly and effectively to customer needs, leading to higher satisfaction and loyalty.

Systemising your business lays a solid foundation for growth. With well-documented systems, you can scale your operations without compromising on quality or efficiency. This makes it easier to expand your team, open new locations, or diversify your product or service offerings.

While systemising does require an initial investment of time and resources, the long-term benefits far outweigh the costs. Once your systems are in place, you’ll save time and money by reducing inefficiencies, minimising errors, and improving overall productivity. It’s an investment that pays off by making your business more robust and easier to manage.

All businesses can be and should be systemised.  There’s a service to suit all businesses from owner/operators to more established businesses with teams from 5-50 people.  It’s especially beneficial for small businesses where the owner has significant involvement with the business, and all knowledge is stored in people’s heads.

It’s designed to keep things simple and prioritize effort in those areas that will make the biggest difference. It involves the team from the beginning, so they’re more likely to support what they’ve helped to create.  It follows a very structured, proven process; its quite literally ‘the system for systemising.’

The aim is to have your business making money consistently and efficiently without the need for you at the helm.  To create true business freedom, you’ll want to identify and document the most vital systems in your business.

At the very least, look to systemise the following areas of your business: marketing, sales, client onboarding, service or product delivery and client return/referrals.

The bigger the business, the more systems you will need to free yourself up from the daily operations.

A Systems Champion is someone in your business who’s a logical thinker and can take responsibility for systemising.  Usually, a PA, Trainee, Apprentice or Office Manager who’d keen to learn and well-organised.  The Systems Champion takes the lead in documenting, optimising, and maintaining business processes once you finish working with Green Pillars Co. They ensure systems are integrated into the business, create new systems, review and optimise those already created to help the business scale and operate smoothly. This role is crucial for having success with systems.
